Here at Zawadee, we carefully inspect all our products before they are shipped.

You may return any unused products for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. You will be responsible for paying for the return postage. we highly recommend that you use recorded delivery as proof of postage.

Due to the nature of our products, used candles, wax melts, room mists, hand & body washes, body lotions and car air fresheners cannot be returned or refunded.

However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic evidence is submitted of the damage within 7 days of delivery via email to hello@zawadee.uk.com.
