At Zawadee we want to make shopping with us as easy as possible and have your beautiful items delivered to you in perfect condition as fast as we physically can.
Local Deliveries
We aim to get local orders dispatched within 24-48hrs subject to seasons. During busier times .i.e. Christmas, Eid, Valentines, Mothers Day, Fathers Day & Black Friday it may take longer for us to process orders due to higher demand.
For personalised products please allow up to 5 working days unless otherwise stated on item description.
We have our own Zawadee couriers that deliver locally and at busier times, this can be up to 7pm in the evening and during busier times we offer weekend deliveries at no extra cost. Please note, we refuse the right to deliver items any time. Our delivery times are an estimated.
National UK Deliveries
Our normal processing times for all orders is 24-48hrs of receiving your order. For personalised products please allow up to 5 working days unless otherwise stated on item description.
We use Royal Mail Service for orders delivered within the UK. We offer Royal Mail Guaranteed 24hr & 48hr Service, which is fully trackable. However, for larger parcels we use DPD next day delivery service. Please note that all delivery times are approximate and we not be liable to you or any third party companies who for any reason withdraw any product from delivery. We reserve the right to to refuse to deliver products at any time.
European & Worldwide Deliveries
Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic we do not delivery to Europe / Worldwide
Shipping Rates
All our delivery prices are set on the website and are based on the order weight and the delivery location.
Cut Off Times
Orders placed by 2pm will be processed on the same day, any orders after this time are processed on the next working day. Orders placed over the weekend / bank holidays are processed on the next working day.
Cancellations
If you change your mind you have up until the time you receive your order confirmation email.
