At Zawadee, we want your order to arrive safely, beautifully packaged and as quickly as possible.

Local Delivery (within 10 miles)

We offer a convenient local hand-delivery service:

• £2.95 on orders up to £45

• FREE on orders £45+

  Delivered within 2–3 working days.

We’ll email you to confirm your delivery day.

During busy periods (Christmas, Eid, Mother’s Day etc.) delivery may take a little longer.

UK Delivery

We dispatch orders using Evri, Royal Mail and trusted courier partners.

Standard Delivery (2–4 working days)

Calculated at checkout based on parcel weight.

Express / Next-Day Delivery

Next working day • Tracked

Order by 11am (Mon–Thu) for next-day delivery.

Orders placed after 11am, or on weekends, dispatch the next working day.

Saturday delivery is not available.

Some remote UK postcodes are not eligible for next-day delivery. These orders will be sent using the fastest available service (usually 2–3 working days).

Processing Times

Most orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours.

Personalised items may take up to 5 working days unless stated otherwise.

We do not dispatch orders on weekends or UK bank holidays.

International Orders

At this time we are only shipping to the USA & Canada.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow its progress.
