Shipping Methods & Delivery Times (UK)

We dispatch orders using Evri, Royal Mail and trusted courier partners.

Standard Delivery (2-4 working days)

Calculated at checkout based on parcel weight.

Express / Next-Day Delivery

Next working day, tracked. Order by 11am (Mon-Thu) for next-day delivery. Orders placed after 11am, or on weekends, dispatch the next working day.

Saturday delivery is not available. Bank holidays are excluded.

Free UK Delivery

Free on orders £45+ (after discounts).

Local Delivery (within 10 miles)

We offer local hand delivery for customers within 10 miles of Leicester (LE postcodes).

£1.95 on orders £25-£34.99. FREE on orders £35+. Delivered within 2-3 working days. We will email to confirm your delivery day.

Areas Not Eligible for Next-Day Delivery

Some UK postcodes are not covered by next-day courier services. Orders to these areas are sent using the fastest available service (usually 2-3 working days).

Affected postcodes include (but are not limited to): AB30-39, 41-45, 51-56; HS1-9; IV21-28, 40-49, 51-56; KA27-28; KW1-17; PA20, 28-38, 41-49, 60-78; PH15-26, 30-44, 49-50; ZE1-3.

Isle of Man

Tracked Delivery: 3-7 working days. Remote area surcharges sometimes apply; we always choose the most cost-effective tracked service.

Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey)

Tracked Delivery: 3-7 working days.

Orders to the Channel Islands do not include VAT. Import fees, if applied by local customs, are payable by the recipient.

United States

Tracked International Delivery: approximately 7-14 working days.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on parcel weight. Free shipping on orders over £100.

Orders ship from the United Kingdom. Import duties and taxes are included: our US service is delivered duties paid, so you won't be charged additional customs fees on delivery.

Tracking is emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Canada

Tracked International Delivery: approximately 7-21 working days.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on parcel weight. Free shipping on orders over £100.

Orders ship from the United Kingdom. Import duties, taxes or customs fees (if charged) are payable by the recipient on delivery and are not included in the price you pay at checkout.

Tracking is emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 11am (Mon-Fri) are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 11am are dispatched the next working day. We do not ship on weekends or UK bank holidays.
