Candle Care
When lighting the candle for the first time, always let it burn until the wax has melted to the edge of the container, this will help prevent tunnelling.
For optimal burn always trim wicks to 1/4 inch before lighting (we suggest using a wick trimmer).
Candle Safety
Never burn a candle for more than 4hrs at a time. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Never burn candles near anything flammable such as fabric clothing, books, curtains etc. Always place candle holders on a stable, heat-resistant surface that is strong and has enough space to catch any melted wax.Keep lit candles away from children, pets, drafts, ceiling fans and any air flows. Extinguish all candles before going to sleep or if the flame gets too close to the candle holder/container and when you leave a room. For safety reasons, stop using the candle when 1/4 inch of wax remains in the container

The burn time depends on the airflow of the room. The air breeze in each room varies and is not always ideal for candles. If you notice an uneven burn or tunnelling, we recommend that you move the candle to another room or rotate the candle 1/4 turn every time you light it.

Here at Zawadee, we carefully inspect all our products before they are shipped.
You may return any unused products for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. You will be responsible for paying for the return postage. we highly recommend that you use recorded delivery as proof of postage.

Due to the nature of our products, used candles, wax melts, room mists, hand & body washes, body lotions and car air fresheners cannot be returned or refunded.
However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic evidence is submitted of the damage within 7 days of delivery via email to hello@zawadee.uk.com.
